Methodology
How the indices are built.
Three layers. Transparent, auditable, and recalibrated quarterly against real-world outcomes.

Indicator Collection
40+ indicators across 20 countries. Sourced from public datasets, government releases, and proprietary TFI estimates. Each indicator normalized to a 0-100 scale.

Force Scoring
Indicators are grouped into 4 forces. Within each force, indicators are weighted by predictive power — tested against 5 years of historical outcomes. Weightings published annually.

Composite Aggregation
Force scores are combined into TFI-C using fixed weights: Compute 30%, Sovereignty 25%, Energy 25%, Capital 20%. Weights reflect contribution to total geopolitical power.
